- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to this office because I wanted a private office. I felt that the standard of care would be higher. All of my children's well baby checks have always been 100% covered because of our awesome insurance coverage. At my first well baby check I asked the Dr about vaccines. Our conversation was less than 10 minutes. To my surprise I had a bill for around 120$ that was not covered by my insurance! I called the office to speak with them and they said it's because the Dr spent extra time more than 15-20 min talking with me. This is ludicrous! I though part of a well baby visit was to be able to talk and ask any questions? Well not there I guess. I called, talked with management, wrote a letter to try and get this charge removed or reduced or anything. They just said they couldn't do that. Well that's bull because I've worked with insurance and billing for over 12 years and yes there are many things they could have done. So please don't go there if you'd like to have a convo with the Dr about your child because apparently they will charge you and lie about the length of time. minutes.July 16, 2017by Kerri Santos
